Notre équipe : un studio créatif dédié à la performance

Au Labo by Coudac, nous accompagnons depuis plus de 5 ans des marques de tous horizons (e-commerce / SaaS, B2B / B2C, cosmétique / énergie / food / lifestyle…) dans la création de campagnes publicitaires performantes sur les réseaux sociaux.

Nous avons développé une méthode unique, testée sur des centaines de campagnes, qui combine analyse de la performance, création de contenus à fort impact et itération continue.

Notre équipe composée d'une dizaine de talents passionnés recherche un nouveau Creative Executive (Graphiste / Motion Designer) pour donner vie aux concepts imaginés par nos Strategists.

Ta mission

En tant que Creative Executive, tu es un pilier de la production créative.

Ton rôle est de donner vie aux concepts : créer des visuels statiques, animer des vidéos, décliner les formats pour les campagnes sociales, principalement sur Meta et Tiktok.

Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les Creative Strategists qui t'envoient leurs briefs, et avec les autres membres de l'équipe production.
Ton objectif : produire des créas social ads impactantes, capables de capter l'attention en quelques secondes, tout en respectant la charte et le ton de chaque marque.

Concrètement, tu seras amené à :

  • Créer des visuels statique et vidéo publicitaires : tu sais sublimer les ressources (photo / vidéo) parfois limitées qui te sont partagées.

  • Créer des Motion Design propres et dynamiques, qui retiennent l'attention. Tu es à l'aise sur After Effect et tu n'hésites pas à ajouter ce petit truc en plus qui donne l'effet "waouh".

  • Décliner efficacement les concepts créatifs selon les différents formats et plateformes (4:5, 9:16, 1:1…).

  • Respecter les chartes graphiques et guidelines de marque, tout en gardant une forte créativité.

  • Assurer la qualité et la cohérence visuelle des livrables.

  • Optimiser les visuels pour la performance : lisibilité, hiérarchie visuelle, équilibre texte / image, hook visuel, CTA clair.

  • Suivre les tendances créatives social ads (effets, transitions, typographies, styles d'UGC, structures d'annonce) pour proposer des productions modernes et efficaces.
