Position Summary
We are looking for an HR Assistant Intern in HR Department to support BYD France in recruitment, HR coordination between China and Europe, local HR project management, and policy localization. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in an international and fast-paced environment.

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
  • Assist communication and coordination between the French HR team and the Chinese headquarters, including translation tasks.
  • Contribute to HR project management and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist in the localization of HR policies and procedures for the French market.
  • Support employee care, welfare implementation, and daily HR operations.

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and eligible for a 6–12 month full-time internship.
  • Fluent in Chinese, English, and French, with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
