En tant que Marketing & Communications Manager, tu tu es responsable du rayonnement de la marque Pollen et de l'acquisition de nouveaux prospects.

Tu as pour objectif de façonner une marque qui incarne l'apprentissage de demain, en pilotant des campagnes innovantes, imaginant des rendez-vous exclusifs et en étant garant de l'identité de Pollen. Tu es responsable de la génération de nouvelles opportunités pour l'équipe commerciale via l'acquisition, l'animation et la conversion de notre base de prospects.

Il s'agit d'un rôle marketing polyvalent où tu toucheras autant aux enjeux stratégiques, opérationnels et analytiques, au sein d'une équipe en très forte croissance.

1. Stratégie Marketing et d'Acquisition

  • Construire et renforcer le référencement SEO/GEO de Pollen (Semrush)

  • Piloter la stratégie CRM sur Hubspot (création de listes / workflows / dashboard)

  • Tu collabores étroitement avec les sales et l'équipe BDR sur l'indentification de nos contacts clés et la génération de nouvelles opportunités

  • Développer des partenariats avec des acteurs de la tech / formation pour attirer de nouveaux prospects

  • Accompagner l'équipe produit sur l'optimisation du site web (Positionnement de l'offre / contenus / actualités / conversion)

  • Assurer une veille des dernières tendances marketing (Campagnes, outils IA, nouvelles stratégies d'acquisition)

  • Optimiser la stratégie d'acquisition de Pollen (Persona / Funnel / Contenu)

2. Communication et notoriété

  • Piloter la stratégie globale de contenu Pollen (Articles de blog / Newsletters / Post LinkedIn / Lead Capture & Événements)

  • Participer à la organisation et à la conception d'événements exclusifs auprès de notre communauté (Déjeuners intimistes / Webinar / Master Session et autres)

  • Piloter la stratégie Social Media de Pollen (compte corpo / fondateurs / communauté de trainers)

  • Produire les assets de communication de Pollen en collaboration avec l'équipe Design (Carrousels / Livre Blancs / REX clients / Bannières événementielles / Goodies / Tournages vidéos)

3. Reporting et automatisation marketing

  • Assurer le reporting des KPIs clés de l'équipe Marketing sur l'ensemble de nos canaux de communication

  • Réfléchir et concevoir les automatisations (Hubspot, IA, Make) capables d'accélérer la productivité de l'équipe Marketing

  • Mettre à jour les présentations et bilans trimestriels pour l'équipe Marketing
