Description du poste
Nous recherchons un.e Loss Adjuster pour renforcer notre équipe d'experts dans la gestion des sinistres. Ce poste à temps plein implique l'évaluation et la gestion de sinistres complexes, l'élaboration de rapports experts en assurant une communication efficace avec les différentes parties prenantes et en veillant à la satisfaction des clients. Vous travaillerez principalement à notre bureau à Paris, avec la possibilité d'effectuer une partie du travail à distance dans un cadre flexible et hybride.

Qualifications

  • Compétences en Claims Handling et Adjustments : Expérience dans l'évaluation et la résolution technique des sinistres en lien avec les normes et procédures applicables.
  • Compétences en Claims Management : Savoir planifier, gérer et finaliser un dossier de sinistre en coordination avec les parties impliquées.
  • Compétences en Assurance et Claims liés à la Propriété : Connaissance approfondie des processus d'assurance et expertise des sinistres liés aux biens et propriétés.
  • Formation ou expérience dans les domaines de l'assurance, du droit ou du secteur technique est un atout supplémentaire.
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques, compétences en communication et aptitude à prendre des décisions éclairées sous pression.
