, avec un périmètre qui dépasse largement l'Auto classique : Auto mais aussi Warranty, GAP, Emprunteur… et surtout une vraie dimension européenne

Votre rôle

En tant qu'Actuaire Pricing, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans :

Développement des modèles & Tarification

  • Construire et mettre à jour les modèles de risque GLM
  • Définir les stratégies tarifaires en intégrant primes de risque, frais, concurrence et comportement client.
  • Exploiter un large Data Lake pour affiner les modèles et améliorer la précision tarifaire.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les data scientists pour optimiser les approches de pricing.

Évolution des produits & Analyse

  • Contribuer directement à la conception de nouveaux produits et à l'évolution des produits existants.
  • Formuler des recommandations actuarielles et des insights techniques pour les équipes marketing, produit et pays.
  • Réaliser des analyses ad-hoc sur le portefeuille afin d'identifier des axes de performance.
  • Mettre en place des tableaux de bord pour suivre les ventes, les indicateurs de rentabilité et la performance du portefeuille.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme en actuariat (ou équivalent mathématiques, statistiques, data science)
  • Une expérience de 3 ans ou plus en pricing non-vie
  • Maîtrise des outils de modélisation ; Python ou outils de visualisation (Power BI/Tableau) appréciés.
  • Anglais courant (présentations régulières au niveau européen).


Environnement de travail

  • Équipe technique de 10 personnes dont 5 actuaires (et data scientists)
  • Forte exposition internationale : échange quotidien avec les équipes marketing, produit et pays européens.
  • Modèle hybride flexible : 2 à 3 jours de présence par semaine (basé en région parisienne)
