You will coordinate work on our breakthrough nylon recycling technology between Syntetica's R&D and Engineering teams, development partners, and customers, to ensure seamless collaboration, alignment, and on-time delivery of technical milestones across all stakeholders. You have a versatile cooperative skill set, mental flexibility, and a passion for dynamic problem solving.RESPONSIBILITIESDrive customer projects (Victoria's Secret, ETAM & other leading sports, fashion and automotive brands) by facilitating meetings, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are metCoordinate product production with external partners to ensure our customer deliverables are met, and to supply engineering derisking projects for our FOAK recycling plantFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams (R&D, Engineering, leadership) and external partners (development firms, construct manufacturers, customers, etc).Lead in the creation of project plans, status reports, strategic updates, and lessons learnedCreate clarity for strategic decision making by establishing systems for efficient and productive discussion of ideas, sharing of results, and drawing of key takeawaysInvest in our company values and vision and champion them as we growBACKGROUND & SKILLSBachelor's degree in science or engineering (e.g. Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, etc.)5+ years of experience in project management or program coordination rolesExceptional communication skills and demonstrated collaboration abilities in French and EnglishWell-organized and practical approach to problem solving, driven by curiosity and attention to detailComfortable with ambiguity; ability to figure out what needs to be done—and then do itProven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and keep complex projects on track.Background in early-stage companies or technology commercialization.At Syntetica, we are a dynamic group of individuals, united by a common mission, who believe our diversity is key to our success.
