Role: Data Manager / Data Quality Lead
Job Type: Contract ( 6 months (renewable)
Location: CEVA, Libourne , France (hybrid3 days/week)
Language: French & English
Overview:
Seeking a senior Data Manager / Data Quality Lead to establish and operationalize the Data Quality stream within the Data Product Squad. The role will drive data quality strategy, governance, and execution in collaboration with Business Data Owners and Data Engineering.
Key Objectives:
- Structure Data Domains and lead the Data Owners community
- Define and execute the Data Quality roadmap and priorities
- Implement Data Quality monitoring, KPIs, and data drift reporting
- Coordinate sustainable data corrections with business and engineering teams
Responsibilities:
- Formalize Data Domain ownership (Data Owners, Custodians)
- Assess data quality issues and business impact
- Define Data Quality rules, KPIs, and governance
- Deploy/configure Data Quality tools (monitoring, alerts, reporting)
- Report risks, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven senior experience as Data Manager / Data Quality Lead
- Strong collaboration with business-facing Data Owners
- Hands-on experience with Data Quality tools and metrics
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills
- Autonomous, structured, and pragmatic profile
