Lead Statistician – Real-World Studies (Hybrid)
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Statistician to support research and development activities within an innovative pharmaceutical environment.

This position sits at the intersection of data, methodology, and scientific decision-making, with a clear focus on the design, analysis, and interpretation of real-world and observational studies that inform development strategy across the pipeline.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working close to the data, partnering with cross-functional teams, and providing rigorous statistical challenge and validation to external partners.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading statistical input into real-world / observational study design and analysis
• Defining endpoints, sample size rationale, and appropriate analytical methodologies for secondary data sources
• Reviewing and validating protocols, SAPs, and outputs produced by external partners
• Providing pragmatic statistical guidance to project teams and affiliates
• Ensuring methodological robustness across diverse real-world data sources (registries, cohort data, healthcare records, etc.)

What We Are Looking For

• Strong background in biostatistics within a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
• Must be an RWE focused statistician and be able to demonstrated deep experience working with observational / real-world data
• Confidence reviewing and challenging external statistical deliverables
• Ability to translate complex methodology into practical development insight
• Comfortable operating in a collaborative, project-driven R&D environment

Location & setup

• Hybrid working: approximately 1 day per week on site in France
