Chez Tandem Health, nous construisons un assistant médical IA qui redonne du temps aux équipes soignantes afin que les professionnels de santé puissent se concentrer sur leurs patients.
En tant que Business Developer, vous transformerez une recherche rigoureuse et une prospection ciblée en opportunités concrètes, en ouvrant les bonnes portes, en faisant émerger de vrais enjeux terrain et en initiant des conversations qui transforment la manière dont les soins sont délivrés.
Vous contribuerez à définir notre discours outbound et nos playbooks commerciaux, avec une forte orientation vers l'impact rapide, la qualité d'exécution et une transparence radicale. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des professionnels de santé et les équipes produit afin que chaque échange reflète des usages réels et des résultats concrets.

Vos missions

• Prendre en charge un territoire géographique défini et développer des relations solides et durables avec des professionnels de santé grâce à une présence régulière sur le terrain.

• Prospecter directement sur le terrain en visitant des cabinets, cliniques et structures de soins afin d'obtenir des rendez-vous et d'identifier des problématiques opérationnelles réelles.

• Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vente de bout en bout : découverte, présentation de la solution, gestion des objections, closing et onboarding.

• Comprendre les flux de travail des praticiens et proposer des solutions adaptées pour leur faire gagner du temps, réduire la charge administrative, améliorer la visibilité et renforcer la qualité des soins.

• Assurer l'onboarding produit et la formation directement au sein des cabinets médicaux afin de garantir une adoption réussie et une valeur durable.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marketing et la direction commerciale pour affiner les messages, partager les retours terrain et améliorer les playbooks go-to-market.

Votre profil

• Première expérience en vente, développement commercial ou dans un rôle orienté client, idéalement avec de la prospection terrain ou du contact direct avec des clients.

• Forte motivation pour la vente et aisance dans le travail par objectifs, avec la résilience nécessaire pour gérer le refus et maintenir une dynamique positive.

• Capacité à gérer un cycle de vente complet avec accompagnement : du premier contact et de la phase de découverte jusqu'au closing et à l'onboarding.

• Intérêt marqué pour le secteur de la santé, les produits digitaux ou les technologies améliorant les workflows professionnels et ayant un impact sociétal positif.

• Esprit collaboratif, ouverture au feedback et forte envie d'apprendre et d'évoluer au sein d'une équipe commerciale en forte croissance.

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
