Contexte

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité et du renforcement de notre équipe technique, nous recherchons un(e)
Ingénieur(e) Virtualisation Junior
passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour accompagner la gestion et l'évolution de nos infrastructures virtualisées.

Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et bénéficierez d'un accompagnement personnalisé pour développer vos compétences techniques.

Vos missions principales

Sous la supervision d'ingénieurs confirmés, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Administrer et maintenir les environnements virtualisés (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
  • Déployer et configurer des machines virtuelles selon les besoins métiers
  • Superviser les performances et garantir la disponibilité des systèmes
  • Assurer la gestion des incidents de niveau 1 et 2
  • Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation technique
  • Participer activement aux projets d'évolution et de modernisation de l'infrastructure
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des ressources et de la sécurité

Profil recherché

Formation :

Diplôme en informatique (Bac+2 à Bac+5) : BTS SIO, DUT Réseaux et Télécoms, Licence Pro, Master Infrastructures, École d'ingénieurs

Compétences techniques :

  • Connaissances pratiques en virtualisation (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Proxmox ou équivalent)
  • Bonnes bases en administration systèmes (Linux / Windows Server)
  • Compréhension des principes réseaux (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité informatique

Qualités personnelles :

  • Curiosité technique et forte envie d'apprendre
  • Esprit d'équipe et excellentes capacités de communication
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens du service
  • Capacité d'adaptation et proactivité

Atouts appréciés

  • Première expérience réussie en virtualisation ou infrastructure (stage, alternance, projet académique)
  • Connaissances en cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Certifications (VCP, MCSA) ou démarche de certification en cours
  • Compétences en scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Sensibilité aux pratiques DevOps et à l'automatisation
