Description de la mission :

Dans un contexte de transformation technologique à l?échelle du groupe, la mission vise à renforcer l?architecture d?entreprise, notamment la définition de l?Architecture Blueprint et les initiatives autour de l?IA générative (GenAI). L?architecte supporte les équipes d?architecture et métiers, en particulier en lien avec les environnements CRM.

Objectifs :

Contribuer à la structuration et à l?évolution de l?architecture d?entreprise

Accompagner les initiatives stratégiques autour de la GenAI

Assurer la cohérence technique avec les enjeux métiers, notamment dans l?assurance

Missions principales :

Soutenir les activités d?architecture d?entreprise au niveau groupe

Participer à la définition, formalisation et mise à jour de l?Architecture Blueprint

Contribuer à l?intégration des technologies Cloud et IA dans le SI existant

Fournir une vision structurante sur les architectures applicatives et techniques

Collaboration :

Équipe d?architectes d?entreprise

Équipes techniques et métiers, notamment CRM

Faciliter la communication entre IT, architecture et métiers

Produire des livrables clairs et synthétiques pour les parties prenantes

Profil candidat:

Expérience

  • Minimum 6 ans d?expérience en architecture (entreprise, applicative ou solution)
  • Expérience préalable en tant que Tech Lead ou Développeur fortement appréciée
  • Solide expérience dans des environnements grands comptes / internationaux

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise du cycle de vie applicatif (SDLC)
  • Solide compréhension des architectures Java
  • Connaissances concrètes des technologies Cloud
  • Compréhension des enjeux et usages de l?IA générative (GenAI)
  • Capacité démontrée à porter, défendre et faire évoluer des choix d?architecture

Connaissances métier

  • Bonne compréhension du secteur de l?assurance et de ses enjeux SI2-3 jours par semaine sur site (Paris Ouest)
