You willjoin the Front-end Experience team, whose objective is to expose our products,guide users in their navigation, promote our brand identity and offerpersonalized user experience. You will design with your Team &Product Manager a qualitative user experience on the following paths: Homepage,Navigation, Search, PLP, PDP, Product recommendation, Landing Pages, Lookbook, Wishlist...

Your work-study is locatedin Paris and your missions have an international scope.

Product Vision Management
Your missions will be the following:

  • Support Business Owners indefining, clarifying and prioritizing their needs.
  • Define target KPIs with the ProductManager & Data Team, and ensure a monthly monitoring of their success.
  • Work closely with the Product Managerto prioritize features based on business value, effort and criticity.
  • Plan & prepare sprints in linewith the priorities of the Quarterly Digital Roadmap
  • Write User Stories in collaborationwith the different members of the Feature Team
  • Define acceptance criterias and validatequality of delivery of each user story in compliance with DOR and DOD rules
  • Lead Product Discovery incollaboration with UX Designers & Data Analysts
  • Identify functional improvementsin collaboration with the Team, the Product Manager and/or Business Owners inorder to provide a high customer experience level on every single touch point:seamless, efficient, frictionless …

Feature Team Animation

  • Build and prioritize the backlogof the Feature Team
  • Coordinate developers, technical &functional experts and QA
  • Lead agile rituals (Sprintplanning, Daily, Refinement, Demo)
  • Qualify and assign necessaryfunctional adjustments and bugs
  • Participate in theconstruction/planning of projects involving the Feature Team and work on theirimplementation
  • Identify dependencies with other FeatureTeams and teams outside the Agile Train
  • Participate in building a POcommunity within the company
  • You have a significant background in e-commerce with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Master's degree in a Business or Engineer School
  • Fluent english level is required
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a real plus.
  • Already have an experience as a PO, in an agility at scale context
