Job Description
Ubisoft is currently seeking a Content Creators Manager Specialist for mobile titles.
Specifically, we are looking for a consumer-oriented person who is interested in the online marketing of video games along with paid and earned influence marketing campaigns, with a good understanding of the social media platforms those creators use and market practices for these type of campaigns.
This position is oriented toward consulting and strategic missions rather than execution only.
This individual will report to a Senior Social Media & Content Creators Manager. The person will be responsible for developing part of the strategy, execution, and reporting for our social media marketing campaigns for a portfolio of mobile titles.
Paid Influence & Agency Management
- Support global marketing needs by creating paid influence marketing operation recommendations and support your team in building high level strategies
- Oversee agencies responsible for influencer marketing execution and source new partners and content creators.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize tactics and programs as outlined by the content creator team; ensuring coordination of executional details.
- Develop and execute plans to launch new paid influence marketing campaigns with the support of Senior Manager. Support campaign coordination and information sharing with all teams.
- Be in charge of growing Ubisoft's agency portfolio, by sourcing, meeting and testing them. Develop new opportunities around formats and business models with them.
- Be in charge of building the agency briefs, in collaboration with brand managers, in order to brief partners.
- Receive agency pitches and be at the center of the decision for partner selection.
Earned influencer program
- Be the project manager for Ubisoft Creator Program, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with each Ubisoft production team to ensure their games' presence on the platform.
- Collaborate with the production teams to build campaign supporting key marketing pulse points.
General
- Identify benchmarks for social programs; monitor progress and contribute optimization recommendations to apply learnings as we go.
- Ensure Ubisoft Mobile Game's programs visibility with internal partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Strong expertise in content creator ecosystems, social media platforms, and influencer engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage external agencies and oversee paid and earned influencer campaigns effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management skills
- A strong collaborative and proactive energy with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Active participation in digital and social media channels or development of said channels' strategy.
- Passion for internet and gaming culture a big plus
- Entertainment or video game industry experience a must.
