Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the licensing process for Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with licensors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely licensing activities.
• Negotiate licensing agreements and terms with licensors and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with licensing agreements and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to ensure alignment and adherence to licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of licensing activities and agreements.
• Provide regular updates and reports on licensing status to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in licensing, contract management, or related areas, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) and their role in clinical trials.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate global stakeholders.
