What We Do
Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions across four main pillars:

• Data Feeds: We gather, organize, and distribute market data from over 100 centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) trading platforms to give our clients a comprehensive view of the digital asset markets.
• Analytics: We operate blockchain infrastructure to collect, process, and distribute detailed market data directly from DeFi protocols, giving our clients a comprehensive view of the DeFi market.
• Monitoring : Market-level solutions enabling oversight of DeFi markets, CeFi markets, and blockchain-level details like trades, transactions, and supply.
• Kaiko Indices : Trusted benchmark rates and indices for financial professionals and product issuers, compliant under European Union Benchmark Regulation (EU BMR) regulation.

About The Role
Our marketing team is looking to hire a Marketing Associate to support a variety of marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead, this role offers an opportunity to grow in a rapidly evolving company.

Missions & Responsibilities
Your role will span several channels and will have a strong focus on execution. You'll be supporting wider initiatives with tasks such as:

• Organise Kaiko-hosted events, managing all aspects of the event, including pre- and post-event promotion, event operations, and on-site support.
• Run Kaiko webinars, coordinating with speakers, setting up the online platform, and managing pre- and post-event communications.
• Arrange external event sponsorship and attendance, working with the event provider and internal staff to ensure a successful event.
• Update our website content using WordPress.
• Work with wider stakeholders to write and publish social media posts on X and LinkedIn.
• Create visuals for social media and email using Canva.
• Execute measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and other channels.
• Write press releases and announcements, coordinating with our PR agency.

About You
The ideal candidate will:

Must haves

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest and knowledge in crypto or digital finance
• Excellent presentational skills for internal and external audiences
• 2+ years' experience in events and/or multi-channel campaigns

Nice to have

• Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
• Full ownership of events management and marketing operations experience
