The Know Your Customer (KYC) process helps to automate the recognition and verification of typical documents, identify people and protect against identity theft and risk o

f fraud.

This process is based on the collection, verification and automated management of the elements constituting a customer file (ID documents, RIB, supporting documents), and, moreover on the collection of information from external data sources (Taxes, Sirene, Infogre

ffe,etc).

This verification relies on the information extracted from the documents and can be an effective way to detect and prevent fraudulent

documents.

To streamline the KYC Service, this process requires documents to pass through an end-to-end pipeline, including a Classification service to categorize the

documents.

The focus of this internship is to study the current deep learning classification model and enhance its multimodal approach relying on the visual and textual aspects of th

e documents.

Signaturit's AI Lab develops and maintains models which run in production for our client needs like document image classification and document Object detection, name entity recognition, LLMs,
