Junior Solar Consultant

We're excited to be hiring a Junior Consultant in the French solar PV sector. You will be joining a dynamic international team with an abundance of solar experience in Europe and an ambition to expand into other emerging markets.

You will provide a wide range of technical and commercial consultancy services to solar PV project developers, investors, lenders or operators in France, the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Germany as well as other markets from time to time.

Specific activities will include

• Energy production assessments
• Technical and commercial due diligence undertaken as part of financial transactions (financing, refinancing, M&A)
• Attending and leading site inspections of PV plants as part of either technical audits, construction monitoring and/or acceptance process
• Managing several projects using Everoze internal and external resources
• Operational monitoring of PV projects
• Strategic work related to CRE tenders, PV market evolution and trends in France, market integration and market share of major industry players and others
• Actively taking part in business development

Essential skills and qualifications

• MEng Engineering degree, or similar
• Fluent in French and English
• Technical experience in solar PV sector.Good knowledge of solar PV and state of the art simulation tools (PVsyst, Helios 3D, Archelios, etc.) and underlying financial models

• Comfortable working on projects with evolving scopes
• Able to manage concurrent tasks and prioritise workload
• Comfortable working at pace to tight deadlines
• Able to write clear, concise and accurate reports
