Lead Engineer (M/F/X)
Location: La Courneuve
Your Role
Ensure the oversight of datacenter infrastructure operations in collaboration with our suppliers and in coordination with the Site Manager.
Your role will involve organizing and supervising management and maintenance activities, primarily focusing on: electrical systems, cooling, and ventilation.
You will oversee maintenance and improvement projects, as well as manage technical incident resolution for major issues, with potential support from technical experts.
Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with the client regarding maintenance operations, preventive scheduling, and corrective actions, which will be key focus areas.
Your Missions
- Anticipate and diagnose infrastructure-related issues by scheduling corrective interventions.
- Support our service providers throughout their on-site operations.
- Propose improvements to procedures (MOP).
- Ensure the quality of services delivered by our providers.
- Plan and develop the annual maintenance schedule.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate reports and indicators to ensure service continuity.
Your Skills That Make the Difference
- Significant experience in facility management.
- Technical expertise in electrical systems (HV/LV), cooling, ventilation, and fire safety.
- Proficiency in IT tools (AutoCAD, CMMS, MS Project, etc.).
- Fluent or bilingual English required.
- Ability to manage and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers/service providers.
- Team player mindset.
- Strong organizational and methodological skills.
