Description
Senior Market Access Manager/France will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies and programs to ensure the availability and reimbursement of our products in France. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare system, regulatory environment, and payer landscape in France on national and local levels.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market access strategies to secure access, reimbursement and optimal pricing for our products
- Lead negotiation strategy in front of payors
- Lead early access strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare authorities, payers, and industry associations
- Conduct health economic analyses and prepare value dossiers to support product reimbursement applications
- Monitor and analyze changes in healthcare policies and regulations that impact on market access
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial, to align market access strategies with overall business objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market access opportunities and challenges
- Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events.
- Enforce strict adherence to all applicable compliance requirements, including EFPIA guidelines, French Pharmaceutical regulations, and Syneos Health, and client's SOPs and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Rare Disease Experiences
- Experience in market access, health economics, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record
- Strong understanding of the French healthcare system, early access pathways, reimbursement processes, and regulatory environment
- Familiar with in-country Compliance rules (Loi DMOS, Sapin II)
- Willingness to travel in-country and abroad
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in French and English
