About the location:
Our modern 55-room chalet continues the legacy of the Rothschild family, who set out nearly a century ago to craft an unparalleled resort experience. Votre rôle
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, le Superviseur Maintenance participe activement à la maintenance de l'ensemble des installations techniques, équipements et bâtiments de l'établissement, tout en supervisant et accompagnant l'équipe technique dans ses missions quotidiennes.
Vos missions
« La liste des tâches précisées ci-dessus n'est pas exhaustive, votre fonction supposera une adaptation constante à des situations de forte activité et de gestion spécifique de relations clients ».
Organise et planifie les dépannages, travaux et interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective.
Réalise et supervise les interventions techniques nécessaires à la remise en état des installations.
Participe à la maintenance prévisionnelle et préventive, avec ou sans l'appui d'entreprises extérieures.
Diagnostique les pannes et anomalies, alerte sa hiérarchie en cas d'incident et met en œuvre les premières mesures de sécurisation du site.
Intervient sur tout type de matériaux et d'équipements (plomberie, menuiserie, électricité, climatisation, etc.).
Gère et entretient l'outillage et le matériel placés sous sa responsabilité.
Veille à la bonne utilisation et au bon état des équipements par son équipe.
Suit les interventions et les signalements via le logiciel de maintenance en place.
Supervise la gestion du stock du service technique et transmet les besoins d'approvisionnement à ses supérieurs.
Gère le suivi des glitches et assure leur résolution complète.
Participe aux tâches de manutention (déplacement de charges, mobilier, etc.).
Peut être amené(e) à remplacer les agents techniques, superviseurs ou membres de l'encadrement en cas d'absence.
