About the client and role

Our client, a TOP Global Industrial company, is in search of an experienced financial controller to take on the role of HR Controlling Manager for their group.

They are looking for high-potential candidate eager to grow in their careers and eventually step into higher leadership roles and grow into broader responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all HR financial activities incl. managing HR budgets, headcount and cost planning, workforce KPIs, and reporting, while providing actionable insights to support strategic workforce and organizational decisions.
  • Global scope for the division – over 3B EUR revenue
  • Challenges:
  • Establish credibility and build a strong internal network across the organization
  • Improve HR processes, incl. financial reporting time and system efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy on workforce decisions

Skills and Qualifications

  • HR financial controlling background from a TOP company with at least 1B EUR revenue (you have to have experience with HR controlling for a business unit with at least 1B EUR in revenue – both regional and global scopes are acceptable)
  • English fluent, any other languages is an advantage
  • International candidates with EU work permit are welcome to move to Paris, France.
