The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead the future of energy systems? We're looking for an Energy System Senior Project Manager to drive the execution of complex projects in the energy sector. You'll be at the heart of innovation, ensuring excellence in delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and define execution strategies.

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

  • Monitor project financials: invoicing, cost control, and cash flow.

  • Identify and manage risks while pursuing opportunities.

  • Ensure successful project handover and customer acceptance.

  • Coordinate procurement and manage supplier relationships.

  • Support contract negotiations, claims, and change management.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  • Proven experience managing large EPC projects in the energy or industrial sector.

  • Skilled in navigating complex contractual setups with clients and partners.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.

  • Influential communicator with leadership presence.

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

  • Financial acumen and commercial awareness.

  • Familiar with risk, schedule, and change management.

  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on results and collaboration.

Votre Impact

  • Diriger des équipes projet pluridisciplinaires et définir la stratégie d'exécution.

  • Superviser la planification, le suivi et le contrôle de l'avancement.

  • Gérer les aspects financiers : facturation, coûts, trésorerie.

  • Identifier et gérer les risques tout en valorisant les opportunités.

  • Assurer la remise du projet et l'acceptation client.

  • Coordonner les achats et gérer les relations fournisseurs.

  • Soutenir les négociations contractuelles, les réclamations et les changements.

  • Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients et parties prenantes internes.

  • Promouvoir la conformité en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement.

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'exécution.

Votre Profil

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac+5) ou équivalent.

  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets EPC dans l'énergie ou l'industrie.

  • Maîtrise des environnements contractuels complexes.

  • Excellente organisation et capacité à coordonner plusieurs équipes.

  • Leadership affirmé et sens de l'influence.

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

  • Compétences financières et sens commercial.

  • Bonne connaissance de la gestion des risques, des plannings et des changements.

  • Expérience avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

  • Esprit proactif, orienté résultats et collaboration.
