**Nous accompagnons un acteur international du secteur de la santé dans la transformation digitale de ses opérations.

L'ambition : concevoir et faire évoluer des produits digitaux à forte valeur opérationnelle, utilisés au quotidien par leur consommateurs.**
Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un·e User Researcher freelance expérimenté·e, pour apporter une vision stratégique aux équipes produit.

Missions principales

  • Explorer et comprendre les contextes d'usage dans un environnement complexe : observations terrain, entretiens qualitatifs, shadowing, tests en situation réelle.
  • Concevoir et piloter des études utilisateurs génératives et évaluatives sur plusieurs produits digitaux (web & mobile).
  • Formaliser les insights clés, traduire les besoins en opportunités de design et en axes d'optimisation produit.
  • Structurer la recherche continue : repository d'insights, méthodologies partagées, frameworks de priorisation.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Product Managers, UX/UI Designers et équipes métiers pour ancrer la voix des utilisateurs au cœur des décisions.
  • Contribuer à la maturité UX et à la diffusion de la culture user-centric dans l'organisation.

Profil recherché

  • 6 – 8 ans d'expérience en User Research / UX Research, au sein de grands groupes.
  • Aisance à naviguer entre terrain et stratégie produit.
  • Maîtrise des approches mixed methods (entretiens, tests, journaling, quanti, analytics…).
  • Capacité à transformer la donnée utilisateur en leviers business et produits.
  • Excellent relationnel, posture de facilitateur·rice et pédagogie naturelle pour évangéliser la démarche research.
  • Confort dans un environnement international ; anglais professionnel requis.
