Your missions :
Stage basé au Headquarter de Libourne, au sein de la Direction des systèmes d'informations - Département Fonctions Support, pour accompagnement du Responsable de domaines RH & Juridique sur la gestion de projets et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications métiers.
Missions principales du stage :
Accompagnement du Responsable de domaines RH & Juridique sur la gestion de projets, l'administration et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications métiers.
Gestion de projet :
- Collecter et formaliser les besoins auprès des métiers et collaborateurs.
- Coordonner les acteurs internes et externes (experts fonctionnels, techniques, partenaires).
- Suivre et piloter les projets : planning, budget, reporting.
Administration et maintien en conditions opérationnelles :
- Assurer la disponibilité et la performance des applications métiers RH & Juridique.
- Gérer les incidents et les demandes : analyse, suivi, résolution.
- Piloter la maintenance corrective et évolutive en lien avec les besoins des utilisateurs.
Your profile :
- Capacité à collecter et formaliser les besoins fonctionnels
- Compétence en gestion de projets
- Bon relationnel et sens de l'écoute
- Curiosité et esprit d'analyse
- Anglais à oral comme à l'écrit
