This Position reports to:
Global Engineering Manager BlendingYour Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: Hybrid #LI-hybrid
- Lead all on-site project activities to ensure profitable execution of deliverables in line with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during start-up, construction, commissioning, and maintenance phases
- Supervise equipment availability, civil works, structural and piping construction, and perform mechanical testing
- Launch pre-commissioning operations, oversee instrumentation and cable installation, conduct electrical testing, and calibrate instruments
- Verify equipment compliance, train clients, complete mechanical and electrical handovers, and support commissioning and performance testing

Qualifications for the Role
- BTS or BUT in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
- Knowledge in process, mechanical, electrical, or automation systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in an international environment
- Determined, organized, able to prioritize, autonomous, client-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity and safety
- Fluent in French and English, available to travel over 210 days per year abroad (mainly in Asia)
