Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Confirmé(e) Financial Markets & Investment en CDI. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.

Mission

En rejoignant notre Business Unit Financial Markets & Investments vous interviendrez sur des missions diversifiées :

1) Chez nos clients du secteur bancaire et assurantiel :

  • Gestion de projet : intervention sur des programmes/projets organisationnelles, opérationnelles ou réglementaires (direction de programme, PMO, chefferie de projet, business analyse)
  • Modélisation et ingénierie quantitative : valorisation des actifs, calculs de risque et de performance...
  • Conformité et Réglementation : accompagnement sur les projets de mise en conformité réglementaire (Bâle III, Solvabilité II, PRIIPS, EMIR, IFRS9...)
  • Data Management : mise en place de reportings innovants et modernisation des outils de gestion des données financières
  • Systèmes d'information : évolution et optimisation des systèmes d'information financiers
  • Contrôle Interne et Audit : réalisation d'audits internes et renforcement des dispositifs de contrôle sur les activités financières

2) En interne

    • Développement commercial : participation à la consolidation des offres de la Business Unit et échanges avec de nouveaux clients ou prospects
  • Recrutement : contribution au processus de sélection et d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • R&D et Evénements : Organisation de conférences, webinaires et production de livrables en recherche et développement
  • Team Building : animation et participation à différentes activités

Profil

Vous avez le profil recherché si :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Master 2 d'une école d'ingénieur, d'une formation universitaire, ou d'une grande école de commerce, spécialisé en mathématiques financières, en ingénierie financière ou en banque, finance et assurance.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 1 ou 2 ans soit en cabinet de conseil, soit en interne (en banque, asset manager ou assurance, par exemple).
  • Vous comprenez le fonctionnement d'une BFI, d'un Asset manager ou d'une direction des investissements en Assurance.
  • Vous êtes fluent en anglais

Processus de recrutement

  • Un entretien téléphonique avec un(e) Chargé de Recrutement.

  • Un entretien de recrutement avec un Account Manager et un(e) Chargé de Recrutement.

  • Un entretien technique avec un Manager (ou un(e) Consultant(e) Senior).

  • Un entretien de motivation avec l'un des Directeurs.
