Votre quotidien
Le site de Cannes est en charge de la conception des systèmes satellitaires & plateformes, de l'assemblage/intégration/test des satellites ainsi que des opérations en orbite. Le site a une expertise en instrumentation optique et en avionique.

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN
Intégré à l'équipe Opération Marketing, composée d'une 10aine de personnes, en tant que Competitive Intelligence and Value & Bid Marketing Manager, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Comprendre les besoins clients et anticiper les tendances du marché.
  • Améliorer les propositions de valeur des produits et des offres avec les équipes.
  • Analyser les stratégies des concurrents.
  • Établir des stratégies de prix compétitifs.
  • Participer à des activités proactives : collecte d'infos clients, analyse concurrents, développement de propositions de valeur, stratégies Price-to-Win, création de messages percutants, analyses gains/pertes.
  • Gérer et documenter les données avec Thales Lighthouse (outil interne)

VOTRE PROFIL
Vous disposez d'un Bac+5 en Administration des Affaires, Marketing, Économie, Ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe et vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative en R&D, marketing, gestion des offres, ingénierie ou dans un domaine analytique ?

Vous savez créer des propositions de valeur efficaces et des présentations à destination d'équipes internes et des clients ?

Vous avez d'une bonne connaissance du marché spatial et de ses produits ?

Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience en management, coaching ou mentorat ?

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre excellente capacité de communication pour partager des idées et des stratégies avec divers interlocuteurs ?

Vous avez de solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projet pour gérer plusieurs priorités et obtenir des résultats dans un environnement dynamique ?

Vous parlez anglais couramment ?
