Job Title: Social Worker - Assessment Team
Location: North Tyneside
Pay Rate: £31.74 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Workers for our client's Assessment Team in North Tyneside. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families.You will play a key role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to ensure positive outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake statutory assessments in line with legislation and local authority procedures.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that place the child's voice at the centre of decision-making.
- Work closely with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to provide holistic support.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports in line with professional standards.
- Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent)
- Post-qualified experience in assessment and safeguarding
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
