de l'entreprise : À mesure que les systèmes d'IA opèrent de plus en plus dans le monde physique — robots, infrastructures intelligentes, systèmes autonomes — un problème critique demeure non résolu : nous savons faire des prédictions, mais nous avons encore du mal à quantifier, en temps réel, la fiabilité réelle de ces prédictions.

TxxxxxxAI
(le nom sera révélé dans les prochains jours) se concentre sur l'ajout d'une couche de fiabilité en temps réel aux modèles d'IA, conçue pour mesurer l'incertitude, détecter lorsque les modèles fonctionnent en dehors de leurs conditions de sécurité, et soutenir une prise de décision plus sûre dans des environnements critiques.

1.Missions principales

Recherche scientifique

  • Concevoir et développer des méthodes avancées en
    Computer Vision
    (CNN, Transformers, modèles multimodaux).
  • Travailler sur des sujets liés à :
  • estimation d'incertitude,
  • calibration,
  • détection de cas hors distribution (OOD),
  • fiabilité des prédictions en contexte industriel.
  • Proposer de nouvelles métriques et signaux exploitables par des systèmes décisionnels.

Passage recherche → produit

  • Transformer des concepts de recherche en
    briques algorithmiques intégrables
    dans une plateforme logicielle.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec :
  • les ingénieurs backend et applied research,
  • l'équipe MLOps pour l'industrialisation,
  • le produit pour les contraintes d'usage client.
  • Contribuer à des POC clients et à leur mise en production.

Valorisation scientifique

  • Participer à la veille scientifique (conférences, articles, benchmarks).
  • Publier (lorsque pertinent) ou contribuer à des livrables techniques de haut niveau.
  • Être force de proposition sur la roadmap R&D Vision.

2.Compétences & profil recherché

Compétences techniques clés

  • Excellente maîtrise de la
    Computer Vision moderne
    :
  • CNN, Vision Transformers, modèles fondation / VLM,
  • classification, détection, segmentation.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de
    Python
    et des frameworks ML (PyTorch en priorité).
  • Solide compréhension des notions de :
  • généralisation,
  • robustesse,
  • biais,
  • incertitude et calibration.
  • Capacité à analyser finement les comportements de modèles en production.

Profil académique & expérience

  • PhD ou Master avec forte composante recherche en vision / ML.
  • Expérience en recherche académique et/ou industrielle deep tech.
  • Publications appréciées (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML…).
  • Une expérience sur des
    cas industriels réels
    est un fort plus.

Soft skills

  • Curiosité scientifique et rigueur intellectuelle.
  • Capacité à vulgariser des concepts complexes.
  • Esprit collaboratif avec des équipes produit et engineering.
  • Orientation impact : la recherche doit servir la décision.
