Description longue

We are hiring – Head of PMO (Therapeutic Project Management)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of PMO to join our Therapeutic Project Management team and position the PMO as a strategic partner delivering tangible value to R&D projects.

Your role

  • Lead and further develop the PMO and project management culture across R&D

  • Define and deploy pragmatic PM methodologies, tools and KPIs to drive project performance and decision-making

  • Simplify and harmonize project and budget management practices

  • Support and develop the PMO team and the broader PM community

  • Contribute directly to the success of therapeutic projects

Your profile

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, fluent in French and English

  • Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership, ideally in drug development

  • Ability to drive change in a complex, cross-functional environment

  • PMP certification is a plus
