Aurora's Software Solutions team is building the global investment analytics platform for the energy transition. Widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, the platform changes the way that energy market analytics is performed and delivered. The global Client Solutions (CS) Team sits at the critical interface between end-users and the teams that develop these software solutions. As Aurora continues to expand its software presence in APAC, this team is essential to Aurora's growth.

Key Responsibilities- You will work closely with senior clients at leading developers, utilities and funds, to integrate Aurora's software products into their decision-making processes, and help them realise the full potential of these products.
- You will work closely with the Regional Product Manager throughout the product development cycle, feeding into the product development roadmap by conveying feature requests, product use cases and other client feedback.
- You will train clients on how to use Aurora's software products, leveraging technical expertise across Aurora's software suite and relevant power markets knowledge, and developing deep knowledge about their use cases for our products.
- You will troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power market knowledge and data analysis skills.
- You will meet with clients in-person and virtually to support usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain Aurora's client base in APAC.
- You will collaborate with the Commercial Team to implement strategies to engage with users and drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Required attributes:
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role in the consulting, tech, energy, or financial services sectors, or another such knowledge-driven sector
- Experience in Japanese energy markets analysis
- Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to derive insights from complex data
- Strong communication skills, with a flair for client-facing interactions, and ability to explain complex topics to both technically and non-technically minded parties
- Self-motivated individual with a creative problem-solving approach
- Team player with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in both Japanese (N1 level/Native level) and English (TOEIC 800+/C1 level)
Desirable attributes:
- Japanese power markets modelling experience
- Track record of building stakeholder relationships across teams and countries
- A fun, informal and international work culture
- Commuting allowance
- Private health insurance
- Access to the Aurora Academy, our training programme offering a range of opportunities to develop your skills
