JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly proactive and tech-savvy professional who stays curious about new technologies, actively proposes improvements, and confidently shares ideas on new tools, products, or services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to build effective working relationships with colleagues and end users. A flexible mindset and a strong commitment to delivering quality work are essential.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide in-person IT support to end users


• Install, move, and decommission hardware equipment


• Diagnose and resolve issues related to personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.)


• Test system and application changes and prepare scripts in Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 environments


• Manage small-scale projects involving the deployment of new hardware or software


• Install software, patches, and updates using Microsoft SCCM

Required Skills & Experience


• 2–3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred


• Solid understanding of end-user technologies


• Experience with End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management)


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms used by end users (Active Directory, Office, SCCM)


• Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing tools is an advantage


• Strong soft skills including: planning and organization, attention to detail, problem‑solving, analytical thinking, flexibility, customer focus, and technical writing abilities


• Excellent written and spoken English and French
