We're Growing Join Us as a IT Process Manager (SAP Expert) H/F/D With our Services team expanding and key projects like SAP a becoming a core part of our journey, we're looking for a Process Driver to help shape and optimize our global operations. If you're passionate about processes, data flows, and delivering real impact across global teams — this role is for you
Your Mission
- Drive and support global process initiatives in collaboration with process teams and end users.
(tool functionality development, process mapping, improvement, and training)
- Work closely with other Process Drivers to align and harmonize processes across all service functions.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials (process flows, mapping etc.).
- Boost KPIs performance by developing and tracking process KPIs across key functions.
- Lead or actively participate in global tool & system developments supporting the company's strategy.
Your Profile
- 5–10 years' experience with SAP
- Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong background in process and workflow design.
- Hands-on experience with technician planning modules, ideally SAP FSM (Field Service Management) — or similar planning tools
- Conversational English and strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
