Influencer Marketing Specialist – BYD France
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance BYD's brand visibility, preference, and engagement in the French market.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers/KOLs across automotive, tech, lifestyle, and premium categories, ensuring strong brand alignment.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: brief creation, content review, timeline management, budget tracking, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, PR, and Sales teams to ensure influencer content supports product launches, campaigns, and brand positioning.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to continuously elevate BYD's influencer approach.
Analyze campaign performance and produce data-driven reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in automotive, tech, lifestyle, or other premium/luxury industries.
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and influencer ecosystem in France.
Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); Chinese is an advantage.
