We are currently looking for a Global Distribution Loyalty Director who will play a critical role in accelerating Danfoss Climate Solutions growth by elevating indirect sales into a high-performing, scalable growth engine.
Your work will shape how we partner, grow, and win in markets worldwide—strengthening our ability to serve customers and drive sustainable impact.
Ideal locations would be : UK, France or Spain.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the global distribution partner agenda by:
Leading the global design, development, and rollout of a scalable Distribution Partner Program that brings clarity, consistency, and governance across regions.
Owning global program management and performance oversight, ensuring transparency, operational discipline, and driving channel revenue and profitability.
Shaping channel strategy to accelerate growth, increase partner effectiveness, and strengthen market presence and loyalty.
Driving cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, finance, digital, and operations to reduce complexity and unlock synergies.
Serve as the ultimate authority and strategic advisor to the executive team on partner models, market trends, and evolving channel dynamics.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
Extensive experience leading global indirect sales, channel, or commercial loyalty programs in a complex B2B environment.
A proven ability to design and scale partner programs that drive growth and consistency.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias for action and execution.
The ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Excellent communication skills and confidence operating at executive level.
