Field Service Planner

As a Field Service Planner, your mission is to enhance Field Service Operations by proactively planning service trips, managing resources, and promoting great customer relationships. You will report to the Operations Manager.

• You will be the first point of contact for our Field Service Engineers in our Customer Center.

• You will manage and allocate open service orders.

• You will ensure instant release of orders to Field Service Engineers.

• You will manage spare parts inventory and safety authorizations.

• You will arrange and confirm service visits with customers.

• You will monitor and record order progress for completion.

• You will maintain accurate order records and collaborate with teams.

• You will resolve operational issues with the Operations Manager and Field Service team.

• You organize like a pro, juggling multiple service orders and resources.

• You have excellent scheduling skills, coordinating service visits and updates with customers and teams through phone and email.

• You quickly adapt to challenges, addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise.

• You ensure accuracy, maintain precise order records, manage inventory, and verify safety checks.

• You reliably complete tasks on time, prioritizing tasks to ensure in-time service delivery.

• You are a team player, working closely with Field Service Engineers, Operations Managers, and other team members, creating a sense of belonging.

• You put customers first, enhancing their satisfaction through careful planning and coordination.

Description: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Customer Center in Cologne, Germany.
