Dans un contexte de croissance et de passage à l'échelle, nous accompagnons notre client
(marque e-commerce premium)
, dans la création et la structuration de sa fonction RH.

Le poste s'inscrit dans un environnement sain, en forte évolution, avec des enjeux de structuration RH globaux : croissance des effectifs, développement retail, internationalisation...


VOS MISSIONS

Structuration et pilotage de la fonction RH :

  • Construire et piloter la fonction RH 360° dans un contexte de création de poste pour un périmètre d'environ 60 personnes.
  • Etre le Business Partner du dirigeant et des managers : accompagnement des décisions, structuration des organisations, rôle de liant entre direction, management et équipes.
  • Anticiper les enjeux humains, harmoniser les attentes et apaiser les tensions dans une organisation en croissance.

Talent Acquisition :

  • Structurer la stratégie de recrutement et professionnaliser les pratiques.
  • Accompagner les managers dans l'expression de leurs besoins et la définition des profils.
  • Mettre en place des process de sélection efficaces et une expérience candidat qualitative.
  • Recruter des profils capables d'accompagner durablement l'ambition et la croissance de la marque.

Culture & Développement RH :

  • Définir et déployer une roadmap RH alignée avec la vision business et la culture de l'entreprise.
  • Structurer les parcours de carrière, la grille salariale et le plan de formation.
  • Identifier les talents à potentiel, accompagner les managers et maintenir l'engagement des équipes.

Population retail :

  • Gérer les problématiques RH spécifiques aux équipes retail.
  • Structurer les pratiques, traiter les situations individuelles ponctuelles et réduire les risques sociaux.
  • Accompagner en proximité.

Relations sociales & conformité :

  • Mettre en place les CSE.
  • Piloter les relations sociales, assurer la conformité légale et sécuriser le cadre social.
  • Travailler sur les accords et les sujets juridiques RH.

Ouverture internationale :

  • Accompagner l'expansion géographique de l'entreprise.
  • Adapter les pratiques RH dans un contexte international.

Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous managez une personne.


VOTRE PROFIL

  • Expérience confirmée en structuration RH, projets et/ou création de la fonction dans un environnement et en croissance.
  • Vision RH globale et capacité à gérer opérationnellement tout le cycle (recrutement/développement RH, relations sociales, culture, formation) et capacité à superviser la gestion administrative/paie.
  • Expérience ou appétence pour la gestion de populations retail et siège.
  • Aisance en droit social.
  • Autonomie, posture entrepreneuriale et sens du terrain.
  • Capacité à embarquer, influencer, challenger et structurer.
  • Orientation business/produit, forte capacité de priorisation et orientation résultats
  • Anglais courant (écrit et oral)
