VOTRE MISSION
Au sein du centre d'expertise Data & IA du Groupe, vous intégrez l'équipe en charge de la relation client et du pilotage des offres. Votre objectif : assurer le succès et l'adoption de la plateforme
DataHub V2
(l'offre Big Data interne).

Offering Management :
Présentation de l'offre aux clients internes, analyse de leurs besoins (Fit/Gap analysis) et vérification de l'adéquation technique.

Onboarding & Experience :
Pilotage du parcours d'abonnement pour garantir une expérience fluide et sans couture lors de l'arrivée de nouveaux projets sur la plateforme.

Customer Success :
Suivi de la relation client sur le long terme, mesure de la satisfaction et animation de réunions de suivi régulières.

Pilotage de la Performance :
Production de KPIs et de supports de reporting (Service Level, Taux d'utilisation) pour le management et les clients.

Amélioration Continue :
Collecte des feedbacks via des entretiens utilisateurs et synchronisation avec les équipes de Production pour faire évoluer l'offre.

VOTRE PROFIL
L'expérience avant tout :
Vous justifiez de
6 ans d'expérience
sur des fonctions de Product Owner, Service Manager ou Consultant, avec une forte coloration Data.

La Double Compétence :
Vous n'êtes pas développeur, mais vous possédez une
culture technique Data
suffisante pour comprendre les enjeux d'une plateforme Big Data et dialoguer avec les équipes de production.

Posture :
Orienté client, vous savez écouter, synthétiser des besoins complexes et proposer des solutions.

Communication :
Vous excellez dans la réalisation de supports de présentation (PowerPoint) percutants pour valoriser l'offre et ses résultats.

LA STACK TECHNIQUE
Ecosystème Data (à comprendre) :
Apache Spark, Starburst (Trino), Astronomer (Airflow).

Rôle :
Offering Management, Product Management, Customer Success.

Outils de Pilotage :
PowerPoint (Expertise requise pour les supports), Excel, Outils de ticketing.
