The Opportunity 

As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will work directly with the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager in the Merchant Services Performance team. Marketing operations play a pivotal role in our marketing strategies to deliver engaging & personalized experiences across channels while providing actionable insights through data. Our goal is to master and harmonize our Marketing Platform across all business units to ensure teams have top-tier data quality, synergies, and standardized workflows to reach their full capabilities. The future intern will have a chance to contribute to the success of our Operation initiatives for Marketing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ 

• Build documentation of our Marketing Platform policies, processes, and procedures
• Support the quarterly Marketing Operations audit to enhance our operational workflows, providing recommendations on improvements
• Working extensively with CRM tools such as Pardot / Account Engagement and Salesforce
• Actively support local Marketing Managers in their Pardot / Account Engagement content builds (forms, engagement programs, access, etc.) to ensure they meet guidelines and best practices.
• Support the build and monitoring of our 3rd Party connectors to our marketing platform
• Support the build and maintain data sources in our data warehouse (Azure) and reports in Power BI
• Assist the team in administering, evaluating, and reporting our Operational KPIs
• Support the transformation of integrating marketing data into all teams to reduce "gut feel" decisions
• Opportunity to participate in other projects related to Marketing Operations & Strategy

Who Are We Looking For 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: 

• Currently in a Master's or Bachelors Program pursuing Marketing, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related business field
• Experience in a marketing role and proficiency with analytic tools such as but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• A strong interest in Salesforce and comfortable working with Marketing/Sales data
• Great communication skills when working with multiple stakeholders (at an international level)
• Problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively in English (Day-to-day working Language)
• A strong interest in the tactical impact Marketing Operations and Data have on a business
• Solid organizational skill
