With +200% growth in the past year, scaling from €1M to €3M in profitable revenue, we are now targeting €10M in 2026 with a major international expansion.SOVA develops high-quality supplements in collaboration with leading experts, trusted and recommended by healthcare professionals.In 2026, we are planning on becoming the most followed media about Women's Health & Hormones, so if you want to be at the heart of all our content creation, join us Joining SOVA means:Playing a key role in a fast-growing, impact-driven company.Taking ownership of a strategic market and driving its success.Working directly with the founders and an ambitious team passionate about women's health.Being part of an adventure that combines entrepreneurship, innovation, and a strong mission.YOUR ROLEAs our Video Editor, you'll own the day-to-day editing output across multiple formats: paid ads, simple Instagram content (including vlog-style Reels), YouTube videos, website videos, and podcast episodes + clips.You'll work fast, keep quality high, and help us turn raw footage into clear, punchy, on-brand videos that ship consistently. Occasionally, you'll also support filming/capture and bring ideas to improve our content.YOUR RESPONSABILITIESEditing (core of the role)Edit performance-driven ads (short, hooky, conversion-oriented)Edit Instagram content: simple Reels, vlog-style Reels, Stories, cuts, subtitles, quick iterationsEdit YouTube videos (storytelling, pacing, structure, sound, basic motion/graphics)Edit website videos (brand/product explainers, testimonials, demos)Edit podcast video episodes + create high-performing short clips (highlights, teasers, Shorts/Reels/TikTok-style snippets)Production support (as needed)Occasionally film content (phone or camera) with clean framing and usable audioSupport lightweight shoots: basic lighting, sound setup, organizing footageQuality, speed & iterationDeliver consistently and hit deadlines—without needing heavy supervisionIterate quickly based on feedback (multiple versions, A/B variations, cutdowns)Maintain clean project organization: file naming, versioning, exports, templates, brand assetsProactively suggest improvements: stronger hooks, tighter pacing, clearer storytelling, better retentionPROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're not looking for "10 years of experience." We're looking for someone who'shungry, reliable, and fast.
