Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join us.
We are ideally looking for someone with a technical background and previous experience in fintech or building products for the financial services industry and with knowledge of the AML, KYC or Risk Management space. Experience working on projects involving large amounts of data is a must, experience with ML / AI is a strong plus.
The position is based in Paris. The ideal candidate is based in Paris, with 2 to 3 days of remote work possible per week.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct discovery
Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on customer research to discover pain points and needs through qualitative and insights
Develop a data-driven approach to understand and exploit conversion, engagement and growth levers
Product strategy
Craft the product vision based on data collected from users, teammates feedback, analysis, benchmarks, etc
Help turn Dotfile's long term strategy into a well-thought roadmap and OKRs: you will make sure that we're building the right features
Product delivery
Be responsible for well-paced execution of sprints, by maintaining tight collaboration with engineers and designers
Lead QA to ensure that all features shipped are bug-free and analyze features performance
