Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in La Garenne-Colombes for a Metal Sculptor. The Metal Sculptor will design and create art pieces using metalwork techniques. Responsibilities include sculpting, carving, clay modeling for prototypes, and collaborating with industrial and product designers to develop innovative designs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining tools and equipment to ensure precision and quality in completed sculptures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clay Modelling and Carving
- Experience in Industrial Design and applying techniques to metalwork
- Knowledge of Art and artistic principles relevant to sculpture
- Background in Product Design to support concept and prototype development
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a creative approach to work
- Knowledge of material handling, safety procedures, and sculpture-specific tools
- Formal education in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field is a plus
