Job DescriptionWithin CIO CIB's Global Markets department, and more specifically in the FX-rate scope of the Business Support IT Monitoring division, you will join the Support Summit Front team, who is in charge of the functional support of the Summit Front application for the business lines.
On a daily basis, your missions will be as follows:
- Lead the Support Summit Front team and contribute to improving the Front to Risk chain by responding to user requests and proposing improvements;
- Provide functional and technical support for the Summit Front application, which is the central component of the Global Markets Rates information system;
- Provide functional support to the users of the application deployed on all CIB platforms.
- Interact daily with the development and application production teams in order to offer stable production to the business lines;
- Participate in projects of other teams within the department that impact production support;
- Manage access requests and extractions of production data from Summit Front;
- Validate new features and check their impact on existing ones.

The position is based in Paris and with us it's 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. With a higher education in IT, you have significant experience in market activities as well as in booking, P&L and risk calculations.
You are familiar with:
- Support in a demanding environment, with trading teams and operational staff in charge of risk monitoring;
- The general functioning of an investment bank (Front/Back, Risk, Regulatory).
You are:
- Autonomous in the management of subjects;
- Has a good sense of initiative;
- Able to manage incident communication with the business lines;
- Able to lead multiple subjects head-on.
You master English with a B2 level.
