Technicien polyvalent (Plombier)

Fonctions et responsabilités principales

Effectuer la maintenance et l'entretien des bâtiments, des réseaux et des espaces selon les règles de sécurité. Assure l'entretien général et les réparations des systèmes de plomberie et assiste l'équipe opérationnelle dans la maintenance et la réparation des bâtiments et équipements.

Responsable du fonctionnement et de la maintenance de tous les équipements et systèmes installés dans les installations assignées.

Contrôles quotidiens des tours de refroidissement et adoucisseurs, tests hebdomadaires du système d'arrosage automatique, réparations de plomberie sur tuyaux et réseaux, interventions de plomberie dans les appartements des résidents et les espaces de bureaux des employés, interventions de plomberie dans les espaces locataires et les zones communes.

Effectue des tâches spéciales incluant mais ne se limitant pas à : peinture, serrurerie, demandes de services locataires, nettoyage spécialisé, travaux de menuiserie limités, réparations de moquettes, maintenance de toiture, réparations d'asphalte et entretien général selon assignation.

Responsable de la gestion du stock d'outils de plomberie / commandes

Coordination et rapports avec l'équipe de gestion des installations

Responsable du fonctionnement des systèmes de gestion technique du bâtiment, des systèmes de chauffage et des installations centrales.

Effectue la maintenance normale des refroidisseurs, unités de climatisation, chaudières et pompes.

Assiste les autres membres du personnel opérationnel dans la réparation et la maintenance des équipements du bâtiment.

Se conforme aux politiques de stockage, d'utilisation et d'élimination sécurisés des matières dangereuses. Maintient un environnement de travail propre et sûr.

Tient les registres de travail de manière soignée et organisée et maintenir la confidentialité des documents et communications selon approprié.

Il peut être nécessaire pour les employés de travailler sur divers projets ponctuellement, qui sont gérés par différents cadres supérieurs. Dans de tels cas, ils prendront les directives appropriées du cadre supérieur concerné pour chaque projet individuel. Le responsable hiérarchique est chargé de fixer des objectifs mutuellement convenus, d'entreprendre des examens réguliers et une évaluation formelle annuelle des performances.

Multi skilled Technician (Plumbing)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and building maintenance, networks and spaces according to safety rules. Performs general maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems and helps Operations team in both maintenance and repair of building and equipment.

Responsible for operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems installed in assigned facilities.

Cooling Tower & softeners daily checks, Sprinkler System weekly testing, Plumbing repairs on pipes and networks, Plumbing interventions in Residents apartments and employee's office spaces, Plumbing interventions in tenant spaces and public areas

Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; Painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, special cleaning, limited carpenter work, carpet repairs, roof maintenance, asphalt repairs, and general maintenance as assigned.

Responsible for plumbing tools stock management / orders

Coordination & reports with facilities management team

Responsible for operating building automation systems, heating systems, and central plants.

Performs normal maintenance of chillers, air conditioning units, boilers, and pumps.

Assists other operational staff members in repair and maintenance of building equipment.

Complies with policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials and maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Maintains records for work in a neat and organized manner and confidentiality of documents & communications as appropriate.

Competent IT skills

It may be necessary for employees to work on a variety of projects from time to time, which are managed by different senior managers. In such cases they will take due direction from the senior manager concerned for each individual project. The line manager is responsible for setting mutually agreed objectives, undertaking regular reviews and a formal annual performance appraisal.
