We're looking for a passionate and curious Media Operations Manager to join our team. If you're excited by new challenges, solving complex problems, and learning every step of the way, you might just be the perfect fit. As a Media Operations Manager at Just Evotec Biologics, you'll have the freedom to ask the hard questions, think outside the box, and find creative solutions that push us forward. It's a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow a team of scientists and technicians in media support.

• Ensure the preparation, production, and availability of media, buffers, and other solutions required by certain departments.

• Conduct developability studies on clones, such as stability studies, medium screening, and development of new media.

• Ensure the raw material, consumable supply based on the activity needs.

• Ensure compliance with EHS practices and the company's CSR policy.

• Ensure that the relevant procedures in the department are applied.

• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of a documentation system that supports the quality and traceability of operations.

• Present data and plans at group and cross functional meetings

Who You Are:

• Experience in medium, buffer, and solution preparation

• Proficiency in medium development by design of experiment

• Knowledge on Expert in cellular and molecular biology techniques to create stable cell lines suitable for protein therapeutics.

• Experience utilizing high throughput automation and data systems

• Experience with resource planning tools, capital planning and budgeting, and allocation and tracking of resources and equipment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• People-oriented and team player

• Organized and Sciences interested

• Proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential

• Diploma: Master in Biology or Chemistry

• Experience: 5 years in similar position
