Role Description

We are currently seeking a Finance & Logistics Intern, enrolled in a program in logistics, supply chain, business administration, finance, or international business, to join our international team based in Paris.

This internship offers complete immersion in the heart of the financial and logistics operations of a rapidly growing company in the fashion and lifestyle sector. You will develop concrete, cross-functional, and operational skills within a creative, collaborative, and demanding environment.

Start date: Early January

Duration: 6 months

Location: Paris

Main responsibilities

: 1. Financial & Administrative Support

• Assistance with tracking supplier invoices (transport, packaging, production)
• Support for preparing customer billing information
• Updating and monitoring financial tables related to shipments

• Coordination with the finance team to ensure proper monitoring of payments

• Stock tracking & inventory management

• Updating stock levels on various internal tools

• Receiving goods, quality control and storage
• Organizing storage space and tracking packaging supplies

• Conducting regular inventory checks

• Supplier coordination & packaging

• Monitoring of packaging suppliers and manufacturers

• Logistics equipment order management
• Anticipating and monitoring packaging needs

• Participation in the optimization of logistics costs

• Order & shipping management

• Assistance with the preparation and shipping of B2B and B2C orders

• Management of shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists)
• Coordination with carriers and logistics providers
• Package tracking and communication with internal teams and customers

• Support in preparing customs documents for international shipments

• Logistics support & process improvement

• Participation in the improvement of shipping and inventory management processes

• Assistance with report creation and logistical and financial analysis
• Updating internal databases and contact lists

Desired Profile – Finance & Logistics Intern

We are looking for a curious, rigorous, and organized intern who wants to develop a comprehensive understanding of logistical and financial challenges within a creative and international company.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and enjoys working on operational tasks while understanding their financial impact. They thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly and collaboration is essential.

Proficient with digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets), the intern will be able to manage data accurately, track the flow of goods, and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations, from receiving products to their international shipment.

With a good level of French and English, they will interact with a variety of stakeholders: internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and international partners.

An interest in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle is a real asset, as is an appreciation for craftsmanship, sustainability, and responsible logistics.
