The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie and Old Spice. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. Missions

As part of your internship, you will be responsible for optimizing processes on a production line (eliminating technical or organizational losses). As a continuous improvement project, your internship will involve various phases:

• Observation and data collection in the field 

• Management of the PDCA cycle of changes and data analysis 

• Setting up and monitoring action plans 

• Coaching operators to increase their capability

Job Qualifications

Are you the student we are looking for?

• Master's or Engineering School level (Bac+4/5) 

• Field: processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, logistics

• Ability to take the initiative 

• Collaborative spirit and a taste for the field

• Good level of English
