We make finding and retaining experienced software talent easy and affordable.Job SummaryWe are seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot solutions for our clients. This role is highly technical and client-facing, blending deep HubSpot platform expertise with API integrations, data architecture, and strategic consulting. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into scalable, well-architected HubSpot solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client discovery sessions to understand business processes, technical requirements, and growth goals.Design HubSpot architectures including CRM setup, custom objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and data models.Build and manage HubSpot API integrations with third-party systems (product, billing, data warehouses, marketing tools).Develop and maintain custom workflows, automation, webhooks, and data sync processes.Serve as the technical lead on HubSpot implementations, migrations, and complex optimizations.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align HubSpot with revenue operations strategy.Act as a client-facing technical advisor, clearly explaining solutions, trade-offs, and best practices.Support middleware tools such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or custom integration services when appropriate.Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across all HubSpot solutions.Provide documentation, training, and hand off materials for clients and internal teams.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot (CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub).Strong experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Experience designing CRM data models, custom objects, and complex automation.Comfortable leading technical discussions with non-technical and executive stakeholders.Experience working in a client-facing or consulting role.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Preferred QualificationsHubSpot certifications (Admin, Solutions Partner, or Developer).Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Operations environments.Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, or advanced reporting.Experience supporting SaaS or B2B organizations.Previous experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or RevOps consultancy.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
