Job Description

Poste basé à Barcelone, Espagne

This role will primarily focus on providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Spain.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site for industrial equipment and systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on various types of machinery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all field activities
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs and service procedures
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements
  • Travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countries as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in field service engineering, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Advanced technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countries
  • Valid driving licence and passport
