About the RoleAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, we're looking for someone with a generalist profile to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and scale hiring across key functions : Product, Operations, Growth and Wealth Management.
Own the full hiring strategy: planning, sourcing, process design, metrics, and coordination with leadership
Source and engage A+ candidates across Europe through creative outreach
Design and run structured, delightful hiring processes
Lead debriefs and support hiring decisions aligned with our values
Help strengthen TA operations with better tooling, scorecards, and tracking
Manage TA planning including resource needs (RPO, new hires ...)
Have 5+ years experience recruiting top talent in fast-paced environments
Have hired across multiple functions
Are full-stack in your recruiting: from sourcing to closing, you own it all
Thrive in ambiguity and act with ownership and structure
Are fluent in English and French
Are excited to build the recruiting function alongside an ambitious team
Prefer working with rigid processes and predefined playbooks rather than building them yourself
Are uncomfortable juggling multiple priorities or working in a fast-changing environment
Rely solely on inbound applications or expect roles to fill themselves, we expect creativity and hustle in sourcing
Have recruited in a hypergrowth or early-stage startup
Have worked with fintech, crypto, or investing companies
Have partnered directly with founders or execs on hiring
Have implemented scorecards or hiring rituals that helped scale a team
